At the end of the year 2003 a new PC net was installed in Hnatnice and the whole upgrade of computer equipment was finished. Refining processes of Al were innovated, which has had a considerable impact on quality parameters. By the end of the year 2004 a new economic system is to be implemented in both plants.

In the nearest future following investments are planned:

innovation of chill casting line - capacity 350 tuns monthly
expanding the capacity of sand casting of grey cast iron by 25%
starting the modernisation of Al die casting technological equipment
expanding the machining capacity with CNC machines for plane machining
modernisation of sand keeping management in the Cu foundry - doubling the capacity
modernisation of technological equipment for the core production in both plants
