PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY:

SAND CASTING - sand casting technology uses two means of shaping, manual and mechanical. Manual shaping is suited for castings of greater dimensions, higher weights and for more complicated castings. Mechanical shaping on the other hand guarantees higher labour productivity, casting precision and also stable conditions during production.

ARTISTIC ALUMINIUM CASTINGS:

Artistic castings from Al alloys are poured into imported special sand mixtures.

FINISHING TREATMENT:

We can deliver the castings heat treated (tempered) or/and surface treated (ground, blasted with steel bullets etc.). Other treatment (e.g. galvanizing) can be provided in cooperation with our long-term partners.
